We're launching Soulasia Rewards

Today we're launching Soulasia Rewards— a free loyalty programme for guests who book their stays directly with us. If you've stayed with us before, or you're thinking about your next trip to KLCC, here's what you need to know.

Most guests who stay with us don't book through Soulasia.com.my the first time — they find us through a travel site. We get it. Travel sites are familiar, fast, and convenient. But once you've stayed with us, the next booking is often easier directly: better rates, no booking fees, faster customer support, and now — points.

Rewards is our way of making the direct route the rewarding one. Every paid stay you book on soulasia.com.my earns you points, and those points become a discount on the stay after that. The more you stay with us, the better the rate gets.

The base rate is 10 points per ringgit of your room subtotal — that's before tax, on the room itself. So a 3-night stay at MYR 320 a night earns you 9,600 points to start.

On top of that, we add two bonuses:

• +10% direct-booking bonuson every direct stay — this is the whole point of the programme, so it's automatic.
• +5% long-stay bonus on stays of 5 nights or more.

And your tier multiplies the base before the bonuses apply.

Everyone starts at Silver. Reach Gold or Platinum and your earn rate multiplies — and once you've hit a lifetime tier, you keep it forever.

100 points = MYR 1 off a future direct booking. Minimum redemption is 1,000 points (so MYR 10 off). You can stack points with cash any way you want — pay 30% in points and 70% in cash, or all the way up to 100% in points if you've saved enough.

During checkout on the booking page, you'll see a redemption field. The discount applies instantly. Cancel within the free-cancellation window and your points come back. Cancel outside the window and the points follow the cash policy.

Points credit roughly 24 hours after you check out — we wait for the actual stay to complete, so no-shows and cancellations don't earn. Bookings via Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, and other travel sites don't earn either, even if you sign up afterwards. The whole programme runs on direct bookings.

Points stay valid as long as your account is active. Make a stay, earn or redeem some points at any point in 24 months, and your balance is safe forever. We send a heads-up email if you're heading toward expiry.
